Before completing this application form, you should have read the Program Guidelines relevant to the type of grant you are applying for.

To ensure we have adequate time for assessment, we require a minimum 2 months notice for project/event sponsorship.

Incomplete applications and/or applications received after the closing date will not be considered.

    • located in Buloke Shire
    • incorporated, or auspiced by an incorporated organisation for the purposes of this application
    • able to demonstrate financial viability 
    • not a political party  
  • I am representing a not-for-profit organisation that:
    • does not owe any acquittals or money to Buloke Shire Council as a result of previous funding or grants
    • has the appropriate type and level of insurance for the activities that are the subject of this grant
